The service is top notch. Everyone is very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and makes you feel very welcoming and like you're a part of the family. There is no doubt that they treat your car like they treat theirs. There's no waiting half the day to get your car worked on, like some other companies do because the workers never stop working! We make the trip from Mississippi and our son drives from Baton Rouge because we do not trust anyone else to take care of our car! My son's Ford Mustang had starter (battery dying everyday and had to be jump started) for months and it wasn't until Geiling worked on it that the problem was resolved. No one else had a clue what was going on!

They found the source of the mysterious clunking sound that was not immediately evident. Once they did, it was fixed quickly. Good communication from Steve thruout the process. Clunking is gone and I'm happy about that.

My car wouldn't start this morning. Long story short, I needed a new battery, and Geiling Auto Service replaced the battery quickly and efficiently. The car was ready before noon, in time for me to meet with friends for lunch. Initially, I had thought that my plans for the day would have to be cancelled, but not so!
